What others can see
- Ride requests appear in the local community feed for nearby drivers. - When a match is confirmed and you've opted in, your name, photo, and contact info may be shared with the other person so you can coordinate directly. - Driver profiles show vehicle information and community ratings.
Keeping your data safe
We use standard security practices to protect your account. No system is 100% secure, so we recommend using a strong password and reporting any suspicious activity.
Your choices
You can update your profile, adjust what you share, and delete your account at any time by contacting support. Some data may be kept as required by law.

Ping a Ride is a matching platform only. We are not a transportation company. We do not employ drivers, set prices, take commissions on rides, or provide transportation services. All rides and payments are arranged and paid directly between riders and drivers.
